Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Business Bible, our sales automation and lead discovery platform (the “Service”), operated by Dima Sales (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must have a valid account and the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• Violate applicable data protection, anti-spam, or privacy laws when processing lead or contact data;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service without our consent.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to process any data you upload.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Dima Sales and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it as permitted here.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dima Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
